Christine McNeely

I grew up in Southeast Texas and before joining the financial industry I spent years at Girls' Haven, an organization that exists to care for children who need a safe place to land. That work taught me something I carry into every day at Exodus: the details matter, and so do the people behind them.

I have been in financial services for nine years now, and my role is the kind that keeps everything moving quietly in the background. Client calls, account work, paperwork, onboarding. The operational fabric of a practice that clients rely on without always knowing they do. I hold an Associate's degree in Business Management and I approach this work as I have all others: with excellence and integrity.

What I did not expect when I joined Exodus was how much the mission would mean to me. Serving clients who genuinely want to honor God with their finances, alongside a team that is built around that same conviction, changes the nature of the work entirely. I show up motivated because I believe in what we are doing here. That is not something I take for granted.
